How we use AI

A plain description of where AI is actually involved in your data, and what it does. This page describes our real practices — it isn't a substitute for reading a full privacy policy, which we don't have published yet.

Where AI touches your data

  • Voice recordings are transcribed to text by Amazon Transcribe. The audio file itself is deleted automatically within 24 hours — only the text transcript is kept.
  • Interview transcripts and imported CVs are sent to an AI model (Amazon Bedrock, currently Amazon Nova 2 Lite) to turn them into structured profile data — company, role, dates, a written summary — and to write the short CV-length version of each entry.
  • Regenerating a summary (either for one job or your overall professional summary) sends your saved data back through the same AI model to produce a new version.

What AI does not do here

  • Nothing is saved to your profile without you reviewing and confirming it first.
  • AI-generated text is always shown to you as editable — you can rewrite or delete any of it before it's kept.
  • We don't use your data to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's.

Where processing happens

All AI processing runs on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the EU (Paris, eu-west-3) — we chose this region specifically to keep processing inside the EU.
